I found the service to be excellent throughout the clinic. Polite and forthcoming with information. Dr K was excellent. Cleared my ears so quickly. What was amazing is I hadn’t even recognized the hearing was less until he finished. He was gentle and kind. The sounds you hear while this procedure is being done can be frightening and loud but he explained and spoke to me during it to assure that I was comfortable. Love this team.
