Meet Our AudiologistsMichael Trythall, AuD, F-AAA
Michael Trythall, AuD, joined Union Square Hearing, Inc. several years ago, specializing in pediatrics and amplification. A Texas native, Dr. Trythall was awarded his B.A. from Baylor University and his M.S. in Audiology from San Francisco State University. His Doctor of Audiology degree was conferred by the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2006. Prior to joining USH, Dr. Trythall practiced at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, San Francisco providing evaluation and amplification for adults and children including newborn hearing screenings. He helped establish the hospital protocols for pediatric behavioral testing and amplification. His clinical experience includes intensive work with adult and pediatric amplification patients. Dr. Trythall also represented a major hearing aid manufacturer as a Pediatric Specialist, which included training and educating pediatric audiologists throughout the western states on various hearing devices and software technologies. Dr. Gallagher is passionate about audiology and she has been an active participant in community health fairs, grand round lectures for various hospitals and an advocate for the deaf and hard of hearing. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, wine tasting, chocolate and spending time with her family. Education:

While studying, Dr. Pickelman worked at Central Michigan’s Carls Center Clinic, testing patients for problems such as Auditory Processing Disorder, and assisting them with hearing aid repairs. Prior to joining USH, she also worked with California Ear Institute in East Palo Alto where she performed diagnostic evaluations for various hearing and balance disorders, and provided cochlear implants and Baha services, among other services. Terri Gallagher, AuD, joined Union Square Hearing, Inc. in August 2010 specializing in adult diagnostic testing and amplification. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Dr. Gallagher was awarded her B.A. and M.S. degrees from San Francisco State University and earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Arizona School of Health Science. Prior to joining USH, Dr. Gallagher was the head audiologist at San Francisco Audiology where she specialized in diagnostic hearing evaluations and a complete spectrum of amplification options.
Stacy Pickelman, AuD, began working with Union Square Hearing in early 2011, shortly after relocating to San Francisco from Michigan. She earned her BS in Communication Disorders at Central Michigan University, and after realizing her passion for diagnostic testing, went on to earn her Doctorate of Audiology there as well.
