Patricia Quetel joined San Francisco Otolaryngology in May of 2008.  She has worked as an office manager in the cosmetic surgery industry for the past 20 years.  Patricia was born in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands before moving to the Bay Area in 1987.  She currently lives in Burlingame.
